The European territorial cooperation program Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen is part of a drive to promote cross-border exchanges between the Hauts-de-France and Grand Est Regions, Wallonia, West and East Flanders.

For the period 2021 - 2027, a budget of 268 million euros from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) will be allocated to the program to support projects responding to the 5 cooperation themes: Research & Innovation, Climate & Environment, Mobility, Social Cohesion and Governance.
