TREE | Training for integrating refugees in the euregio


The central mission of the TREE project is to provide social workers, teachers, medical staff and social interpreters with further training as a basis for promoting the integration and development of immigrants in the sub-regions of the Meuse-Rhine Euregio.TREE EMR

I

n order to professionalize the main actors working in the field of refugee’s integration, a training program will be designed. This program will be

  • based on a context analysis and a thorough review of practices
  • complemented by teaching resources
  • tested in 4 regions
  • translated in 3 languages (F, D, NL)

Users experimenting the training program will have the opportunity to transfer what they have learned in their day-to-day practice with refugees, for instance in the context of setting up a social interpretation service.

Budget:

The funding amounts to 1.054.040, 69 Euro
