ZEN-THÈSE – I WRITE MY THESIS ON A DAILY BASIS PRACTICAL AND MOTIVATIONAL TIPS PRACTICAL AND MOTIVATIONAL TIPS Objective Based on the work and experience of Geneviève Belleville (PhD and Professor at Laval University), this workshop aims to help researchers to set up favourable conditions for scientific writing, to restore a regular writing practice and to avoid pitfalls such as stress, procrastination and perfectionism. Description In this participatory workshop, doctoral students will learn to: o Define realistic and motivating writing goals, o Define a framework conducive to writing, o Tame the different phases of the writing process, o Better understand the mechanisms of procrastination and perfectionism.
