114 Catalogue des formations transversales 2023-2024 SUPERVISION DOCTORAL STUDIES (JOIN A GROUP) Objectives Developed by Epigeum in collaboration with professors and partner institutions, this program aims to : • Give PhD supervisors a better understanding of the doctoral context and a greater awareness of the challenges of supervision, • Help them reflect critically on best practices in supervision, • Provide them with the tools they need to guide their doctoral students towards an academic or non-academic professional project in line with their aspirations, in view of the changing job market, • Guarantee the best possible environment for doctoral students by supporting high-quality supervision and increasing success rates (avoiding dropouts) Description Would you like to share your experiences with your peers? Advance with a group of ULiège promoters: you complete the modules at your own pace and take part in 5 2-hour meetings, scheduled between December 2023 and April 2024, to exchange views and share experiences, taking into account the specific ULiège context. 9 modules (30-60 minutes) in English, to be followed at your own pace: 1.
